Jay P. Sheryll, Esq.

Attorney and Owner of Sheryll Law

As a husband and father of three daughters, Jay Sheryll understands the importance of family relationships and legacy. When he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, he knew he wanted to start his own practice and devote it to estate planning because, in his words, “having a family is all we leave behind.” He established Sheryll Law, P.C. in Riverhead, New York, in 2017, where he and his staff cater to clients’ estate planning needs on the East End of Long Island.

Although Jay and the Sheryll Law, P.C. team are consummate professionals with years of estate planning experience, they remain approachable and down-to-earth. When not working, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife Brigitte, and daughters Eliana, Lily, and Nessa; playing chess; and making music with various instruments, including the guitar, trumpet, and violin. He and his family reside on the East End of Long Island, within 15 minutes of the Sheryll Law, P.C. Riverhead office.

Holly Patrone has varied experience including working for the IRS in the Identity Theft division and as a Taxpayer Advocate. She also has IT experience as a support engineer and then a manager for CA Inc. Her bachelor’s degree is from Empire State College in Cultural Studies.

Brieanne Buchalski

Paralegal

Currently studying Criminal Justice with a strong interest in how the law supports individuals and families through life’s most important transitions, Brieanne also enjoys chasing the sun — especially in the summer with a lobster roll, s’mores, or ice cream cone in hand — and thrives off the energy of football season.

Brad Sheryll, younger brother of Sheryll Law, P.C. Founder Jay Sheryll, Esq., joined the firm as a paralegal in 2017. Following his graduation from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History, Brad enrolled in the four-year night program at Touro Law Center. He graduated last year with his Juris Doctor Degree and is currently waiting to be admitted to the Bar.
