Elder Law and Asset Protection Attorney Jennifer Raguso Joins Sheryll Law, P.C.

Estate Planning Attorney and Founder of Sheryll Law, P.C. Jay Sheryll, is excited to announce the hiring of Elder Law, Asset Protection, and Medicaid Planning Attorney Jennifer Raguso. Raguso brings eight years of experience in this area of law to the Riverhead, New York-based firm, having practiced at a prominent elder law firm after interning with Jay earlier in their careers at another elder law firm. Within the elder law umbrella, Raguso’s focuses on asset protection, including Medicaid planning and assisting families with setting up home care and deciding whether nursing home care or home care is the best option for their loved ones.

Raguso looks forward to assisting Sheryll Law P.C.’s clients in these areas of law, in addition to general estate planning, tax planning, and avoiding probate for younger families. She’ll also assist with probate trust administration for the loved ones of clients that pass away.
